I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 11. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 18 years and eventually made the move to State Farm to continue building a career focused on helping people while developing a strong, successful team.

I attended school in Arlington and was born and raised in the area. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of four and have been married for 11 years. I love staying active, especially when it comes to sports and spending time with family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 per year
